So it's Friday!

I got a little package in the mail today.

I must be old fashioned, but I just love getting mail! It is so much more personal than e-mail or texting. It makes me smile...

On a side note. I get my wedding band back today. I have felt so naked without it for the past 2 weeks while it was being shined and buffed...and resized. Just in time for Sweetest Day tomorrow, another Ohio greeting card holiday which I love. I am a sucker for romance.

I am also a sucker for my babies. Aren't they adorable? It just melts my mommy heart that they are best friends!

I was so spoiled this evening with a dozen of the most beautiful red roses, and a cup of the most wonderful mocha coffee, by the most amazing husband in the world. He sure does know how to put a smile on my face!

I am so proud of my husband!

I am so proud of my husband, Ross.

He worked so hard in 2009 and was recognized last night in Cleveland at an amazingly beautiful dinner and dance. Everything was so spectacular. From the food to the decorations, every little detail took my breath away. Needless to say, we ate very well and had an absolute blast!

The theme was "How sweet it is..." so it was like a candy wonderland; oh how I do love my sweets! The highlight of my evening was the most beautifully decorated cupcakes and candies I had ever seen ( ...and they tasted even more wonderful!) Self-control was hard, I was seriously a kid in a candy store!

We did take a few photos of ourselves before the dinner and dance in the hotel room...but I didn't bring my big, bulky camera with my to the event...didn't quite go with my dress!

Yesterday we spent the day celebrating my husband's, Aunt Sara's birthday. It was a wonderful day of laughing, playing, and spending time with family. Although I spent most of the day sick, that still did not keep me from taking a few pictures!

Caleb loves his Uncle Matt!

I guess my recents posts are starting to develop a theme; family. I love my family more than anything! They really are the greatest! My brother braved the blizzard yesterday and came over to spend time with me and the kids (we really were going stir-crazy). My precious son Caleb sure does adore his Uncle Matt, and them interacting gave me a chance to play around with my new lens!
